I mentioned earlier this month that I'd be styling the beautiful Daniel Wellington Classy Sheffield watch in the near future.. and here we are! The temperature here is still uncharacteristically cold for mid-March, but the UK isn't exactly known for keeping to a schedule with regard to the weather, so I'll stop complaining. Looking on the bright side, not only did it mean I could wear dark green nail varnish last week, it also means I can continue wearing cashmere jumpers and leather jackets together without angrily melting!
Cashmere Jumper - Molly Anne
Jeans - Topshop Tall MOTO Leigh Jeans
Leather Jacket - Clements Ribeiro
Watch - Daniel Wellington Classy Sheffield c/o
Boots - New Look Chelsea Boots
Necklaces - Estella Bartlett (both)
I only discovered the power of a leather jacket last Autumn and have been eternally grateful ever since. I was convinced it wouldn't suit me and leave me looking like an extra cast member of Grease, but thankfully I was wrong. I've found that I inadvertently have been styling this leather jacket with more feminine pieces, such as the cashmere jumper by Molly Anne, or delicately embroidered shirts.
I mentioned in a previous blog post that I considered the Daniel Wellington Classy Sheffield* design to be one of versatility and this was the best chance I had of showing exactly what I meant. The leather strap and minimalistic design remains true to the overall look, whilst the Swarovski crystals ensure the continuation of femininity started by the Estella Bartlett necklaces.
I kept both makeup and nail varnish rather simple on this occasion to allow the outfit to do all the talking. Speaking of which, thank you so much for all of the support on my recent Divine Pine nail blog post and to clarify, my nails are indeed real! The shade used here is Café Au Lait 220 by Sally Hansen.
Also, don't forget you can use the code aglassofice on the Daniel Wellington website up until the end of this month for 15% off your purchase!
