Can I get a hell yeah for maxi dresses?! There's something indescribably relaxing about floating around in a floor-sweeping dress underneath the sun. Speaking of which, one of the occasions that tends to set us all off on a search for the 'perfect' dress is weddings! Personally, I adore summer weddings; the beautiful settings, the mix of fragrances, the mass of food, the colourful outfits. What's not to love? Needless to say, there are tons of wedding guest-targeted dresses around right now, but for the sake of all things dreamy, let's show some love for maxi dresses...

This complete look is by Boohoo, put together with special occasions in mind and outfits that can be worn absolutely anywhere! I have a soft spot for dresses that can be worn to a handful of different occasions, and this off the shoulder beauty is definitely one of them. The blossom print is totally up my street too and don't even get me started on the pearl-embellished heels. If you're a longterm reader of A Glass Of Ice, you'll know I have an (unhealthy) obsession with stilettos, and so you can imagine how I feel about these heels. Better yet, they're super comfortable to walk in - ideal for those full-day weddings!

DeleteHey! I reckon a soft colour would work well with this dress, for sure. Somewhere in the range of blush pink, off white or perhaps metallic - like a gold clutch! Hope that helps :)
